My name is Jose Calletano, the owner and operator of JC's Home Services. As an HVAC contractor and Licenced Home Inspector, rest assured to receive prompt and professional service each and everytime. With years of construction, home renovation, and HVAC experience, every home recieves accurate and thorough consideration as if it were my own home or project.

General Home Inspection
With a General Home Inspection, we go through every vital aspect of a home's interior and exterior, from top to bottom we document and analyze every nook and cranny, then boil it down into a comprehensive easy to read report with color coded sections and pictures. Our reports are also interactive and easy to use, access your report from anywhere!
Mold Testing
Mold can be a serious problem if left untreated, but not everything is as it seems, so it's better to test to be sure. Our Inspectors will document and sample suspected mold findings and send them to a lab to be analyzed. Within a couple of days you will have a definitive answer and be able to take action.
Radon Testing
Radon is an odorless and invisible radioactive gas naturally released from rocks, soil, and water. Radon can get trapped inside homes and buildings and build up in the air. Over time, breathing in high levels of radon can cause lung cancer. So why take a chance? Find out if your property needs radon mitigation in as little as 48hrs!
HVAC Inspection
The HVAC system can easily be the biggest and most expensive component in any home, that's why we offer a comprehensive in-depth inspection to deliver the big picture; from ductwork to refrigerant levels, we cover the entirety of the system and deliver a separate report to help you avoid any nasty surprises.

Lead Testing
Many homes built before 1978 have lead-based paint. Lead may cause a wide range of health effects, from behavioral problems and learning disabilities to seizures and death. Although home-kits are available, sampling and lab testing is the best way to protect you and your family from this harmful chemical.

HVAC Inspections*
An HVAC inspection focuses on the in-depth condition of Heating and Cooling systems, from ductwork to refrigerant levels, you'll have have a comprehensive report from a licensed HVAC contractor.
One System

Two Systems

Common for multi-leveled homes.
Three or More

Larger homes may have multiple systems, call for special pricing on more than three system homes.
Mold Inspections
We, sample, bag, and test potential Mold findings to determine mold intrusion. Air and substance Testing is available. Minimum 2 samples per order.
Air Sample
$250
Through an Air Sample test, we can determine if mold spores have infiltrated the ambient air in the home. We take an indoor sample ($125) and an outdoor control sample ($125). $125 for each additional sample.
Substance Sample
$150
Swab and Tape sampling allows for testing of mold on surface areas for maximum accuracy. $125 for each additional sample.
Radon Testing
A 48hr Radon Test performed under "Closed Home" conditions using an NRPP Certified device. Reports are then analyzed and delivered by a Radon Testing Professional for your use.

Lead Testing
Our inspectors will take material samples and send them to a lead certified lab to get accurate and prompt results. Highly recommended if remodeling a home from 1978 or older.

$75 for any additional samples. Results in 3-5 Days.
*HVAC Report contents may vary with season in which inspection was performed. Findings do not guarantee system life, rather serve as a snapshot of system performance at time of inspection.
